Esther Kim (b. 1995, South Korea), also known as DOË, is a Korean-Canadian artist based in Toronto. A graduate of OCAD University, she spent several years in Vancouver before making Toronto her creative home. Esther’s artistic journey has been shaped by her experiences in both cities, contributing to her distinctive voice in the Canadian art scene. She has exhibited her work in solo and group shows and has participated in notable art fairs such as the Artist Project and Toronto Outdoor Art Fair (TOAF). Her art is recognized for its whimsical yet thought-provoking nature, often masking deeper themes beneath a playful surface. As she continues to grow as an artist, Esther's work reflects a keen exploration of emotional landscapes, blending personal narratives with universal human experiences.
